1. How long have you been in the trucking business?
Our company was established in 2001. However, we have been active in the trucking business in the United States since 1997. ^
2. I own a trucking company in the state of New York. In a month, I will have a safety audit. Are you able to put all my papers in order?
We are located in the state of Illinois, so we generally serve companies from this state. However, if you urgently need our assistance, we'll be glad to help you. ^
3. How long will I have to wait for my logbook?
If you chose the option "Logbook by Fax", your logbook along with Trip Report will be faxed to you within 24 hours from the time your credit card was accepted by our payment system. If you chose the option 'by mail', your logbook along with Trip Report will be mailed to you within 24 hours from the credit card acceptance. You can then expect it within 2-3 days. ^
4. Are your logbooks prepared according to the new Hours of Service regulations?
The new Hours of Service regulations are legally valid as of January 4th, 2004, so beginning on Jan. 4th, 2004, all new orders will be prepared according to the new rules. Until January 3rd, 2004, all logbooks will be completed according to the old rules. ^
5. I have decided that I would be using your logbook service for a longer time - will I receive any discount?
Yes, if you are going to use our logbook service for the period of 3 months or more, you will receive a 10% discount for each completed logbook. ^
6. Am I eligible for a traffic school after committing any traffic violation?
It depends on many factors (your current driving record; violation place; the number of previously taken schools, etc.). Our team will investigate if you are eligible for a particular school, evaluate its cost, and - in case you are not eligible for a traffic school - will suggest an alternative solution to your problem. ^
7. Should I apply and complete a traffic school at all?
Each traffic violation brings less or more severe sanctions against the driver which are imposed not only by the state of violation, but also by all other states (thanks to recently implemented system of monitoring driver's record in each state). If you plead guilty, not only will you have to pay the fine, but also - which is more important - an adequate number of points will go on your driving record. Having even a few points on your commercial driving record can involve a higher insurance rate for you and your employer and - in many cases - suspension of your driving license.. ^
8. Will you help me find an attorney in the state of committing a traffic violation?
Sure, our several years' experience in the industry most of the time results in finding an appropriate to your case attorney. Sometimes, however, hiring a lawyer is not necessary - it all depends on your particular situation. If you decide to turn to us for help, we will be happy to give you an individual support. ^
9. What is the cost of your services?
The fee for preparing a logbook along with Trip Report is $20 (Computer Logbook) or $25 (Logbook by Hand). An additional charge of $5 applies for mailing the logbook to your postal address. The cost of arranging a traffic school and the cost of other services depends on a particular case and is determined individually. ^
10. How can I pay you?
We accept credit card payments, PayPal payments, bank transfer, and money order. ^
11. I have a CDL driver's license. Can you find me a job as a truck driver?
Currently, we do not offer employment services; however, we always welcome offers from employers and advertisers which - to the best of our ability - will be delivered to interested persons. You can visit our free message board for current and prospective truck drivers and trucking companies where you may find interesting offers. ^
